go to europe

but I don’t want to be the ignorant American that doesn’t speak a word of the native language. I would love to learn different languages (French first, maybe German), but I don’t have anyone to practice with every day or even someone to teach me. ::sigh:: looks like this goal will have to wait until I am rich enough to hire a translator.

I was on AIM with Liz yesterday, and I was looking up flights to go join her on her trek around Europe. I was all set to pay for the flights and then I remembered…..school.

Ms. Elizabeth left for France last night! I’m so jazzed for her, but now I don’t even know if I’ll be able to go to France in the spring. :/. might go to Florida instead.
I know, I know, they are exact opposites, but right now, warm and sunny and close is better than mid-temp, normal, and far.

Damn tonsils! If only I hadn’t used up so much of my vaca time being sick…

might go backpacking with Liz in May. We would start in France, and who knows from there!
