I found two very good “how to” windmill videos on YouTube:
The second one is pretty funny too.

I took my first break dancing class today. It was so surreal. I have not done any break dancing since I was 12. The instructor asked me when the last time I had break danced and I realized it had been over two decades ago. It is crazy to think that. I do not feel 34—I mean heck I am taking break dancing lessons.
Also, I have the body of a 220 pound marathon runner. My legs are big and tight. I tried doing the six step (the most basic of break dancing footwork) and it wasn’t pretty. I have hope though and I plan to persist and practice. If I wait any longer to accomplish this goal I might break a hip!
I really would like to do this break-dance move but I have no idea where to start. I am 34 right now I am concerned that if I do not learn it soon I was lose the physical ability to do it. Anyone got any hints or tricks. I have heard it is a painful learning experience.
