I’ve been using the elliptical every morning for about 3 weeks now and I haven’t lost any weight nor do I appear to be in any better shape yet. But I do feel more tired at night, which is helpful, and I don’t feel antsy so much during the day while I’m at work. And I do know that it’s better to excercize than not. I just wish it would start showing already.
