Well, I went and looked around two gyms, joining fitness first on payday (15th).
Went to my brothers gym on his guest pass yesterday and today.
45 Blitz both days and some swimming today.
Felt great today at work but just back now and my body has started to seize up.
Need to move around some, might go to the pub because I’ll stand up there :) ;P
