speak spanish

well i speak enough to understand that when my ex told his mother he was ‘con mi amigo’ when he was with me, that he was lying to her :P

Basically I want to be fluent in every language ever spoken on earth and anywhere else that may or may not have languages.

To be a tad more realistic, I thought I’d focus on spanish because it’s high on my list. So many countries speak it, it’s closer to English than alot of other languages, and it’s probably my second best language other than english (my top being Indonesian) – so I have more hope of learning it.

I spent 3 months travelling around south america in 1997-98, which got me interested in learning it. While I also wanted to learn portuguese, not as many countries speak it, and it’s harder.
