i hit the alarm this morning for like an hour instead of getting out of bed and stretching and beginning the day like i know i very well should. tomorrow for sure…it must begin again

i got mad ill on monday and have not done any yoga all week and tomorrow i will get up and start again. i miss it…

i have committed to this almost everyday for the last two weeks and i feel SO focussed and on point. keep up practice on the daily and have it become part of the everyday is what i intend to continue to do.

woke up this morning and stretched for about a half hour. an attempt at about ten minutes of meditation as well…the day rolled smooth…i was mad more focussed and centered for sure.

okay…take me back to over a year ago when i was on the beach every morning at 5:30 doing a half hour of yoga & twenty minutes on meditation…now again in the everghanging constant, i totally need to get back into a yoga practice. the ritual of truly getting my ass out of bed at 5:30 every morning and doing this amazing disipline. i know the benefits and how much higher it takes my whole being.

i need to join some kind of class…try out o few different ones to see what i like. this morning on the beach was good though. balance on a piece of driftwood layed over like a two or three foot hole in the sand. funness…

i think i am bored a bit with my daily routine. plus it’s been overcast and wet as hell every morning on the beach…dude i work with is a yoga instuctor and gave me a card for a free intro class at the studio he teaches at. and his buddy teaches the bruce lee form of martial arts. are you kidding. gotta get on this shit. next couple weeks for sure. mayble i will buy a yoga mat after work so i can switch up my routine a bit. we shall see.
did stretch a bit this morning ang a little last nite though, and i’m amazed that i can rest with my head touching my knees when i grad a hold of my ankles. i so couldn’t do that a month ago. progression is sick

work with a yoga instuctor at the health food store i’m at and he gave me a card for a free sess to one of his classes. shit would be sick. also his buddy teaches the bruce-lee method of martial arts. hell yah. like $75 a month i think he said. soon to be as bad ass as uma. hell yah

this morning was sick. i found a piece of driftwood that was on the sand and balanced on it for like fifteen minutes, is it the tree pose? have to find out…but stood on one foot for forever. still wicked hard to keep my mind totally clear when i’m doing this…remember thinking about hitting rails on my snowboard at one point during this this morning. i love it. it has become a habit…like how it’s supposed to take two weeks or something like that to form a habit…definately love my routine every morning on the beach. it’s quite inspiring to my life.
