Did three sets of 20 pushups with a 2 minute break between each.

I felt that lactic acid at around 15 pushes. Maybe Im just having an off day all round.

I haven’t exercised for a while, so although minor, Im glad I did something. :D

The positive is, that I really couldn’t be bothered, but did! So,yay me! :D



I've slacked on this lately 3 years ago

Mainly because I was ill for a while.

I think I need to get a little lighter. I seem to really struggle once I pass the 30 mark.

The weather is a little colder too, so Im less inclined to get out on my bike and ride the lbs off.

Ive bought a punchbag so that might help. Just gotta find a ceiling hook and a suitable joist to screw it into.

If you go fast you tend to burn out near the end, yet going slow doesn’t seem to make a big difference either.

20 straight off the bat.

Im gonna aim for 100 going up each day in increments of 5.

Should be fairly attainable I think. If you subscribe to me, and note I haven’t made an entry for a while, a kick up the arse would be most welcome :D
