I have just been managing my time where I get my 8-9 hours of sleep so when I wake up I feel refreshed and ready to go to do whatever I need to do. Sleep is a MUST and the only way for your body to refresh to perform up to par for the next day.

I have trouble going to bed at times and I end up staying up too late or I’m out with friends that ends up making me staying up late. I need to get more sleep so it’s easier for me when I wake up in the morning. When that alarm clock goes off, I immediately dread it and want to go back to bed.
I keep sleeping late too which makes it hard for me to get a lot done. So basically… I need more sleep. lol
