Retook the Real Age test 14 months ago

I just turned 39 and I came out with a Real Age of 34. That had me feeling pretty cocky until I clicked the button “What’s making you older”. Mostly not getting decent enough nutrition. Stuff that’s totally within my control.

So I think I’ll try to reduce my “Real Age” by another 2 years.
