That hubby brought me from amsterdam 3 years ago, when I didn’t have a flower garden. I saved them for later, but that box is pretty light and those bulbes pretty small and wrinkly. Banished.

41. A bublegum machine – This has been empty since 1988 and never ever had a place to be in any of the places we’ve ever lived. Banished.
42. A pile of printed downloads of sign language pictures, for teaching my baby sign language. I did. He’s five. Banished.
Egads, I just have to find one more!
Been keeping this around as an extra “just in case”. I’m not sure I totally trust that the bottom won’t fall out. Banished.
Into the garbage, the horrid thing. Too worn and torn for a squirrel’s bed. Yet hubby keeps wearing it. He has a good one, but sometimes misplaces it and then gets back into the habit of wearing old yella. Did a happy dance as I tossed it.
We have a shameful amount of pop bottles. They really aren’t worth the hassle of returning them for money. So I stuck them out on the curb for the recycling society.
Banished
33. A sculpture made out of pipe cleaners
34. a cereal bowl full of beads thats been on the counter forever because I don’t have a place for it
35. Old cosmetics
36. 2 more neglected plants
37. a pile of old magazines
so I can watch myself look ridiculous trying to keep up to a fitness routine thats wrong for me, while watching the flawless simchick do the excercises in a flawless and sexy fashion.
That was a gift from hubby, never opened. I finally took it back to the store and got $70 for it!
Put the big old thing in front of the house with a “Free” sign. It was quite a hassle because we don’t get a lot of traffic and when it’s folded up it’s quite heavy, and every time it looked like it was going to rain I had get the kids mesmerized by the tv so I could run out to bring it back in, then do the same again when it stopped raining. So after a week someone finally saw it and took it. Clears about 4 square feet from the garage!
There’s a story to go with this one. Last summer hubby found a cordless electric weedeater on sale for $15. So he bought it, charged it and found that fully charged it only worked for 10 minutes, but he did not have the receipt to take it back. So he bought another one so he could use the reciept to take the first one back. The second one, also, only holds a charge for about 10 minutes. And he lost the receipt again.
Now we have an expensive gas trimmer, and I’m throwing out the old ones.
25. 2 old kitchen chairs
26. Some old camping chairs
27. A plastic thing like a dresser but cheap & broken
28. An old light fixture
29. A venetian blind that I bought the wrong size and never took back to the store
All packed into the minivan after dark, because I can never get stuff done while the kids are awake. Unfortunately son did wake up to catch me taking out a large wooden stool and started crying because he would miss it. So that’s staying.
