Stopped crossing my legs

Definitely worth doing because I don’t want anymore of those lovely spider veins and I want improved circulation. More difficult to accomplish than I thought it would be.

Doing much better at preventing myself from doing this. Instead of crossing my legs, I find myself crossing my feet. I get some sense of comfort out of it – idunno.
I’ve been working on this goal the last couple of days along with improving my posture. Its kind of tough because it is so comfortable for me to cross my legs. Yesterday I did pretty well. Keeping with it again today.
