I have started concentrating on various essential components of nutrients we take in daily life. I must concentrated more on protein, vitamins and essentaials nutrients like iron, pottassium etc in order to make food balanced and healthy.

Unless we have good physical health, we cant enjoy life. For this healthy and balanced diet is must. Although I am very conscious about my eating habits but occasionally I am tempted to eat fried and sweet food items. My goal is to resist this temptation and stick to healthy food
