Since starting this goal, I realized that everybody in my immediate family frequently starts a comment or story with, “It made me laugh,” or “I had to laugh.” And what follows is usually quite funny, amusing or cute. And I have been kind of observing what I find funny and how often. It is an eye opener; I laugh more than I thought I did, but not quite as much as I would like.
