Lost 35lbs – Just got to keep it there. No fast food, watch the fats, lots of veggi’s and fruit and keep walking!!!

Only lost 2 lbs in October. At one point lost 4lbs but put it back on!! Was not taking my walks as frequently. Back on my daily walks and eating healthier – we’ll see what happens this Month??
Thought by October, but looks like it will be a bit longer. These last lbs are pretty stubborn!! But, that’s OK I’ll take it as it comes!!
Now it’s really time along with the change in eating to workout more. I hate going to the healthclub, i find it boring!! I have loose belly and back flab that i hope I’m not too old to tighten up (44 years old). Well time to bring out the weights and do some pilates. I walk an hour a day, tryed jogging but my knees are bad.
Lost 4 lbs this month. I’m OK with that, if I continue at this rate, I’ll reach my goal in October or November. I just need stay off fast food, continue to be more active and eat my fruits and veggies.
I’m just watching now what I eat – no fast food!!! Keeping it low in fat – weekends i’ll eat bbq food with the family dinner like hot dog or burger. Trying to be more active too.
Off the diet this weekend, been to a lot of Grad. parties eating but skipping the cake!! Instead of just sitting at parties, I’ve been trying to stay active by playing volleyball, beanbag toss, etc. Hopefully I have not put back a lot of lbs. from the cheating.
Lost another lb. in three days, sticking with the 1300 cal diet until Monday then continue with healthier eating, NO FAST FOOD!! However, I ate dinner with the family last night, spaggetti, I’ll see if that makes any difference to my loss, doubt it!! Really learning to appreciate fruit, I rarely ate fruit before, now i love it, snacking on blueberries is like candy. For the chocolate crave, 60 cal., sugar/fat free chocolate snack pudding’s do the trick!!
I quit drinking alcohol a month ago and lost 10 pounds -I had a drinking problem and was consuming large amounts of beer and wine every night. Last week I started following a diet of about 1300 calories that I’m going to stick with for another week and then just continue to eat more healthy and little or no fast food. I have been a bit more active now that the weather is nice so hopefully that will help. I’m not going to trying to lose to quickly just changing my eating habits – we’ll see how this goes. Pretty sure the alcohol weight is gone the rest is going to have to be diet and workouts which I hate!!
I will not eat fastfood while I’m out today. I will go for a walk or gym for an hour.
