Still the same 5 months ago

I dropped a pound this month, but back up to 129 this week. We’ll see where I’m at next month??



Untitled 6 months ago

129 lbs this morning – well, really was careful what I ate over the weekend. Skipped going out for Sunday breakfast. Did not to any workouts but ran around all weekend with household chores, yard work, etc.



5 pounds to go 6 months ago

130lbs today, ideal weight 125. Absolutely no fast food, continue working out/walking daily. Weight seems to be at a stand still. Will even cut down on diet sodas – drink more water or tea. Goal date, September 1st.
