intake. I’m not trying for total abstinence from white sugar, but mainly I was working on not drinking my beverages as sweet- because otherwise I am not a huge sugar eater. Anyway, I’m going to say this goal is done; I might revisit it, if it seems good to do further cuts.

I no longer drink soda daily and today I had a coke with breakfast and by the first few sips wished I had gotten a coffee or a hot tea. The soda is too sweet tasting. I add sugar to tea/coffee but not nearly as much as in is one soda. So that feels like a small victory.

of cutting down on sugar perversely means I end up eating more sugar than I normally do.
