Blah well I haven’t progressed much from my last entry. I’ve been working on bringing it up from the ground using my feet and spinning it. I can spin it around get my foot in it and pull up but in keeps just like hitting my knee and falling back down. I think all I accomplished was bruising my foot. I’ve gotten a lot better at brining it from my knees to my waist though. Anyone have any other suggestions for tricks I should work on?
Edit: I’ve gotten it up twice now from the floor to my knees

So I can bring it from my knees to my waste more smoothly now. I just need to be able to bring it to my knees from the ground, which I’m having major difficulties with. Now I’m going to go work on my hoop routine because I finally found music that I like to use, hopefully it’s not to fast, o well, we’ll see.

I don’t know what exactly is considered mastering the hula hoop. I may be considered good enough to be considered good but I still think there’s some things I need to improve on, specifically brining the hoop up from the ground to my knees and bringing it more quickly from my knees to my waste. I can do it but sometimes is either falls or takes me too long.
