have a special day for each of my children twice a month

I have been so engrossed by school that I barely have time for much but me and my son have intimate talks often that he likes to initiate. I love the fact that he feels he can talk to me about anything. As far as my daughter, she is very loving with me and always tells me she loves me. Of course I enjoy this. But when it comes to having a day dedicated to one child at a time, it is hard; although I have been able to do so with my daughter on days she has come home sick. I don’t consider that real effort though. I’m still trying to fit everything into my daily life.

with one of them though. my son is here with me every evening. my daughter isn’t hear so much because of her time with her respite giver. but i always take care to have her do somethign with me when she is here. something around the house or reading a book with her.
