Wii Fit and My Fitness Level

Last week I managed to squeeze in some time on the Wii Fit which was great!
I was also pleasently surprised to find out that I am only 4kgs away from reaching the ideal weight range. In getting fit I consider being of ideal weight to be part of the overall goal.
I have set a new wii fit goal to lose roughly a kilo a week, so by the end of 4 weeks I should be in the ideal weght range.
But my fitness will not stop there I would like to be somewhere in the middle of the ideal weight range, rather than the edge of it.
And so, I continue persuing this goal.



Finding time

I think one of the issues I have is trying to integrate exersice and fitness activities into my life.
Last night in the hour I had between getting home from work and getting out. I did an excellent job of multitasking, put dinner in oven (allowed to cook) and played some Dance Stage Mega Mix.
I could only play for about 30mins but this is better than nothing! If I could do 30mins 2 or 3 times a week, balenced out with my sports I reckon it its gonna lose me some weight and get me a bit fitter!
Lets see how it goes!



Getting Fit a Change of Lifestyle

I want to get fit, and clearly I am not alone. This appears to be a popular goal.
I really would like to get fit and lose a bit more weight.
Currently on the way to my goal I am enrolled in basketball once a week, play my Wii fit or Dance game on PS2 at least once a week. Additionally I am looking at enrolling in a dance class to build some core strength. But we’ll just have to see how that goes.
I really also need to start eating better, eating more healthily. More fresh fruit and vegies!
