see the Pacific Ocean

I live in Maryland, only 3 hours from the Atlantic Ocean, which I visit several times a year. Seeing the ocean, smelling it, hearing it—make me feel like nothing else, so seeing the Pacific will be awesome as well.

Besides, just to know that I’ve done it-been to both edges of the lower 48, seen the Pacific, been staring at the ocean and knowing that left is South instead of North-will be cool. I’m headed to San Franciso in the Autumn and will make it a point to side-trip to the ocean.
