Argh. Met a guy at a party awhile ago. We talked for like two hours. He meets my best friend for a few minutes . . . two weeks later they make out but decide to ‘just be friends’. Nobody cares about my place in this equation. Which is totally my fault. I discount myself as unattractive and unappealing, so I don’t go for it. If I like the guy, why wouldn’t my psychic twin best friend? It’s not like I told her I liked him or not to go after him. But I wish she wouldn’t.
Just once, I want to get the guy. Probably not this guy (who I don’t like as much now that I’ve learned more about him). But some guy.
