Weigh-in yesterday was at +/- 0 from Monday. Not bad for having skipped exercise Tuesday and Wednesday and not being careful enough about how much I eat. Let’s see, at 1 pound a week I’ll have that 10 pounds off in a month, right?

I weighed in at 2 lbs less than last time, which puts 1 lb down for the month and 9 to go! Not as much lost as I might like, but that didn’t stop me from pigging out on oreos today. Hey, they were “organic” oreos. Those have fewer calories, right? ;-)
I desperately wanted to get out of the house today and I did! Despite the Seattle rain which has started up and will probably last for the next, oh, nine or ten months.
I never was one for running/walking in the rain, but that may change this year. DDR and other indoor exercise is okay, but there’s something about combining my workout with getting away from the chaos of the home that does double-duty for me.
We’ll see if I can do it again tomorrow!
Just had a big honkin’ sample slice of fresh-outta-the-oven cinnamon chip bread on my way to the gym. Can I burn it all off before it gets conveted to fat? ;-)
Not as careful as I could have been about what I ate, but better than some days, plus got a nice fat-burning cardio in—while talking to my mom on the phone! Hah! Two birds with one, uh, hour?
I’m going to try to lose 10 in a month. I need to lose more long-term, but 10 would be a very nice start! I’m trying to think more in small steps. Plus, I remember from the last time that the early losses were easier than the later ones, so this should be do-able.
