Still not snacking as much; eating reasonably.



Doing better so far

I’m still having over-sized suppers, but I’m getting a lot better at not snacking throughout the day, and have more reasonably sized dinners. I’m feeling a little bit hungry a lot more of the time, but it’s a healthy feeling.
