Backflip on a trampoline. My friend now has a big trampoline in there back garden and last weekend after several hours of bouncing fun I plucked up the courage to backflip. phew what a rush. So I think I’m mostly over the fear of flinging myself backwards now. All I need now is more practice. yeh!

I’m getting it much straighter with feet together now. This has reflected in my back hand spring. Guts to try is all I really need now I feel and probably somewhere soft to land. Not currently a priority though.
I can do a macacau. Which means monkey. From croaching place a hand behind your back and then flip over bringing your other hand over and next to your first hand. From this I’ve progressed to back handspring, but can’t do it straight I always twist to one side at the end. Until i’ve got over this I daren’t try and do a full backflip.
