Just been through the first set of action points from my life coach and packed loads of stuff for the move.

Spoke to my life coach on the phone for the first time last night. Just an introductory session. We ran through some of the things I want to achieve and turned those into actions to be done in the following days and weeks. I’ve got some forms to fill in and email back tonight along with confirmation that I’ve done one of my actions. Feeling good about it.
means living life in the moment, but I think, in a way, that’s what I do now. I just drift along letting things happen to me. But I’m not SEIZING the day and making in mine. It’s like other peoples lives are happening to me. So I feel I need to change this. Unfortuanately I’ve been drifting so long I have no idea how to organise myself to change all this. With this in mind I’ve found myself a Life Coach. Even organising that made me feel alot better about myself.
I saw someone die. I don’t want to go into details and technically they weren’t declared dead until they arrived at the hospital but they were not much older than me and its affected me. I not entirely sure how I’ve changed yet but I feel like I should be living more. I plan to make some changes.
