Way too much candy 3 days ago

There is way too much candy in my house and I have been bad with resisting it. I did a lot better today, but I still had more than I should have. I can’t wait for all the candy to be gone so I can start losing weight again!



Today: 1 month ago

I had a tuna sandwich, light yogurt and green beans for lunch.
Two little chocolate donettes for a snack (oops).
Shrimp, broccoli and penne pasta for dinner.

Getting better.



Stupid Halloween candy!! 1 month ago

I did so well today and yesterday except the terrible candy! Argh I can’t wait for it to be gone.

Breakfast
2 eggs with a little bit of ketchup
1 piece of toast
half an orange
glass of light oj
diet pepsi with lime

Snack
rolled up turkey with some mustard
light yogurt



Seafood 7 months ago

This goal should be slightly easier now that I found out that I like seafood. I usually like for it to have something unhealthy piled on though, like cheese or butter. I am going to have to learn how to cook fish and make it healthy and still tasty.



I've been doing pretty well. 17 months ago

My mom bought a dieting book called Volumetrics and it teaches you how to eat the same calories as something more fattening with something healthy. The recipes are filling, delicious and healthy.

Today I ate
B: half cup of 1% milk, 1 whole wheat english muffin with about 1/2 a tbs peanut butter and 1 apple. It was very filling and tasty.
L: a little bit of “Goulash” (recipe in the book, it has nothing to do with Goulash, it’s stew) and a small salad.

I’m still full.



i'm bad =[ 20 months ago

So much for this one, i haven’t been eating anything healthy for a while. i had some strawberries then i got sick, so now i am afraid to eat them. i’m pretty sure it wasn’t them that caused it, but i am still paranoid. junk food is more convenient, and i guess i should add don’t be lazy to my list haha.

My dad brought home pizza and I had a slice. =[
Just one though, so at least that’s good.
I ate good today other than that.

So far today I have been eating healthy, or at least better than normal. I’m not sure if rice chex are healthy or not, but that’s what I had for breakfast. I had a turkey sandwich and a salad for lunch. I know I shouldn’t have used that ranch dressing but I love it too much. Hopefully I won’t pig out until dinner because I’m still pretty hungry.
