from fluorescent to uh normal white ones i guess and my teeth aren’t as yellow as i thought! =D still kinda yellow though and ive been slacking from using products on it

I have been using crest night effects or whatever. it’s this gel crap you put on them at night and it just sits there and you brush it off when you wake up. so far my mom said she has noticed my teeth look whiter, so if anyone hasn’t tried it you should. although it does feel like and inch of plaque is just resting on my teeth, but it feels SO good to brush it off in the morning!
