-using 35lbs to do kettle bell lift simulation(with 2 dumb bells)
well still making the lunches and taking protein and going to the gym…can definitely notice a change in my body, now gotta shed some fat. gotta maintain the circuits and calisthetics and chest exercises
well im still doing my best, making healthy lunches. was sick for a few weeks and now im back on schedule. hoping to lose the muffin top by spring!
still keeping on track, going to the gym and cooking. shouldnt have binged as much on the weekend, need to keep it down to one cheat meal, but im doing great,and even though my weight is more or less the same i can see subtle changes in definition.
started cooking meals from a health magazine as nutrition was a big factor in my weight loss last year. im aiming to do weight training 3x per week as well as starting to train with kb and running in intervals. hope to be toned and 160 in a month! oh and fit my new slim clothes nice!
got back from my workout, and im 170.8 on a monday! this weekend i was really disciplined ndrk and today at the gym i did some circuit training hardcore for the first time in many months! i’m back baby…abs city here i come(well in a few months at least, im hoping to tone up really good and get towards abs or at least getting rid of my belly by february 09)
169.8 after months weeks of binging, got to get back to 160 and tone up…i want abs! got back to gym first time in a while. to avoid gaining weith back i have to change my mentality, instead of reaching an accomplishment and taking that as an indication to ease up, i need to maintain or be excited by maintaining.
fat again! arg. getting back into it. 173….first time back in gym in awhile. want to build on pushups and chest as well…oh and i want abs this time around!
