Okay, so sometimes when I am at work, I have to eat out. As I was on my way to Wendy’s, I changed my mind and had Subway instead. I was rather proud of myself. :-)

AND…I ate LOTS of fruits and veggies today! YAY me!

okay, so I did pretty good yesterday. Not terrific, but better than normal. Today, I gave into the temptation of some french fries…curly fries…they called me out, I couldn’t resist. Damn you curly fries!!!!

I think I am more aware of what I eat because of my goal here…I don’t wanna come in and report to everyone that I ate three cookies while watching the movie here at work…It’s like I am answering to someone about what I stuff my face with. Wierd, but not a bad thing.

Of course, I really did eat those cookies…stupid parties all day at work, leaving mountains of popcorn and peanuts and yummy iced cookies. Yeah…can I use PMS as an excuse? ;-)

I had a huge salad with lots of veggies for lunch…and aside from some tortilla chips, not really any JUNK today. I didn’t overeat either, which I tend to do. All in all, a pretty good day!

I failed miserably at this today. UGH…I don’t even wanna talk about it. I also worked today too…we eat so much JUNK there. I REALLY gotta remember to pack a lunch!

Okay, so I was totally able to say no to the Cold Stone today! My coworkers were getting it…one even offered to pay…but I still said no. I had frozen strawberry applesauce instead! Of course, I have a tentative ice cream date with Dee this week, so I may end up having it anyhow…but better once than twice, no?

So yeah…the goal here is not to lose weight, but just to eat better. (though losing weight might be a bonus!) I’ve done alot better not drinking regular pop, and find that my Diet Coke addiction could be a slight problem though…

I slip up, but I’m doing better at not eating as much fast food…there for a while it seemed to be all I ate. UGH…I just felt gross and sluggish.

I ate Pizza Hut today, and it just made me feel gross. Slimy Pizza Hut pizza. I eat crap at work…I gotta start remembering to bring a dinner. I did turn down ice cream though, which also helps with my get out of debt/saving not spending goal, so I was pretty proud of that! :-)
