last night i binged out on spaghetti(ate it for lunch and dinner) and candy(ate 15 pieces)....but my punishment was lose the 360 calories of the hard candies (24 cals each) and i ran and used a saunatwin until completed!
TODAY
Breakfast:
cereal= 150 cals/ 0g fat
Lunch:
green tea= 0 cal/ 0g fat! :)
Dinner:
some rice=149 cal/ 0g fat
and 3 bottles of water!
Exercise: lost about 200 cals running…..i’m still 175 lbs :(
