I have to lose weight for health reasons. Have developed diabetes and at 5’1’’ every ounce counts.
I have lost about 10 kilos since March this year. Need to lose another 15 or so. No particular diet, just paying attention and sort of sticking to the ‘No-S’ thing: no sugar, no snacks, no seconds.
Breakfast: 1 wholemeal current bun, or similar. No butter.
Lunch: One small bowl of salads, one small bowl of fruit
In between: apple or manderin and/or banana
Dinner: One plate of regular dinner. No gravy. More fish, less pork.
Drinks: tea, black coffee, water. No sodas.
It’s pretty easy, but I miss eating French cheese.
I’d probably do a whole lot better if I exercised more. I walk a total of 40 mins per day. Not having a car helps.
