just compare yourself to yourself and not to others!

I usually compare myself a lot to other people and how they are doing at a certain thing that I do, too. If they’re better, I’m depressed because I’m not as good as them. It’s not worth it to be in a bad mood just becasue someone can do something better than yourself.
That’s why I decided that I want to compare myself only to myself and not to anyone else. Like this, I’ll feel good about my achievements because I got better than I was before. It just makes you feel better and not be depressed about something someone else achieved and that you didn’t achieve yet.
