Tomorrow’s another day. I can finish up these odds and ends tomorrow! G’night!
Going to bed before midnight REALLY makes a difference. The thing I’ve got to work on now is that I do it two days in a row—I tend to feel so rested the next day, that I get working late again the next night.
I find that being well-hydrated helps me sleep better. I still tend to stay up too late—I did so last night. I’m going to catch a nap now. It seems a short afternoon nap can sometimes get me back on schedule, almost like, the more you sleep, the more you want to sleep.
I went to bed at 11 but couldn’t fall asleep. I listened to the sound of the ocean on my mp3 player for a half hour, and finally just sat up and read till midnight. Reading usually works! I made myself get up at 6 this morning. Now I’m sleepy (11 am). Maybe I’ll get to sleep earlier tonight. Staying up late on the computer is a hard habit to break!
