This is actually going pretty well now. I’m meditating almost every day, but not for long enough each day yet. But getting there!

I’m doing it everyday again now, although not really for long enough in each session. Working on it!
It’s completely slipped again, but my friend and I are going to start mediating together. It’ll be most auspicious.
I’ve not being doing it on the exact days I specified, but I think I’ve been doing two days per week. I’m also sitting for longer each time, and generally feeling more like doing it. It seems as if the more you do, the more you feel like doing, not surprisingly.
I also read a Buddhist book recently which really inspired me to commit myself much further to the path.
Well, I forgot yesterday, so this week I’ll do it on Sunday and Monday instead. That means doing it today I guess.
I accidentally didn’t do this last week. At the beginning of September I want to start doing it on Saturday and Sunday though.
I’m still doing this as before. I won’t increase the amount I have to do until I reach the end of this target, but I am realising it’s not enough, even as a beginning thing. I’m also not doing it for long enough each time.
Having said that, I’m very glad I’m getting back into it again.
I’ve kept at this (as long as I do it today!). I’m not doing it for very long in each session, but I’m sticking to a pattern of doing it, which helps.
