I’ve kind of stopped doing my belly breathing, by accident. I’ll start doing it every day again.
I’ve accidentally stopped doing my belly breathing exercises. I’m going to make an effort to do them properly every day again.
My belly breathing’s not being happening as regularly as it should over the last few days. I’ll do it tonight and keep it up.
I’ve increased the amount of belly breathing I’m doing every day. I’ve realised it’s as much about concentration as anything else.
I’m becoming more and more aware of this, definitely. Still not ready to tick it off yet.
I still do my belly breathing, which is good. I do think it’s helping me breathe more deeply in general, although not in a very conscious way. I’ll leave this goal alone for a little longer.
Well, I’ve been belly breathing the other day, a la my other goal. I need to keep this more in mind though, make it more a part of everyday life.
