i thought i’d cheer myself up a bit about this goal-seeing as it’s the beginning of the month, i’ve put one more payment towards the house, and that’s always a good thing :)

1st Milestone 3 years ago

I’m buying my house contract for deed until i can get a mortgage. I also need to pay off past debt-another goal, and also save money. The balance remaining on my house was 60,000, and now it’s down to 59???.00. I’m happy with that.. My next goal is to reach 55,000.
