buy my mother a home in tuscany

i always promised my mother a home in tuscany but now i think i should promised her a home period. in order to seek revenge my dad decided to stopped paying the mortage on our house, he’s been playing the government for 2-3yrs but now the end is near. we have until march 2010 before the bank comes and throws us out. my mom’s credit is shot because my dad fucked it up before he left us. we have nowhere to turn or go, my family refuses to help. i dont know what to do, i feel so useless.
