Once upon a time, I was really close to my ex-girlfriend’s family. Her uncle was a really cool guy. He had an incredible collection of antique cars. He’d also brewed his beer many times.
He had his own equipment and a good place to let it brew. He offered to help me make my own. Unfortunately, I didn’t do it quick enough and now that’s not an option.
I’ll probably have to do somewhere like Deja Brew.
