Diet tomorrow, which will consist of:
- Only drinking water
- Cutting down carbohydrates
- Cutting down, if not eliminating, sugars
- Low calorie / fat foods
- Exercise
I’m not sure how it will go. But I think I’m going to try to keep it, for atleast a week and I’ll see how it goes from there. Wish me luck! :]
I am definitely out of shape. A lot. It would be really nice to lose weight and get back in shape. Which means I should be eating healthier, drinking more water, and exercising more.
Tennis season starts March 26th, so I think I’m going to be going to the community center and running on the track to try to get in shape for tennis, since it’s free and my dad canceled our gym membership. Hopefully that will go well. I’m not sure how much I’ll be able to do because of my sprained ankle is still injured and weak, but I figure if I start now, I’ll have a couple weeks of practicing running before we actually get into the tough stuff, so I can get sort of used to it.
