Monday we have our first scrimage. This should be good, so I can see how matches would be like. We haven’t played anyone yet, not even on our team. But I think after this, we’ll do challange matches to see who plays on varsity matches or whatever. I don’t knooow. It will be good, I hope.

Yesterday, Monday, we basically just ran.
It was okay, though because we started off with 6 laps.
And I ran straight for 5 of them, which is amazing!
And then I had to tie my shoe, and I walked a little.
But we did a lot of other exercises and conditioning.
We did a lot of stretches and stuff, too.
Today, Tuesday, we didn’t do as much running.
Infact, we didn’t do any at all, really.
We just did a lot of exercises and stretches.
And we worked on serving the ball a little bit.
But after practice, a couple hours later I went back
to the community center and ran a little bit.
I walked/jogged/ran 13 laps, and 12 laps is a mile.
Tomorrow we’re going over the handbook.
And if it doesn’t rain, we’ll be outside.
So that means we’ll probably run outside, too.
I don’t really like that, but we’ll see.
So Friday they cleared me to play!
We brought the coach my slip that afternoon.
So I will officially be able to participate now!
I get to go to practice tomorrow, so wish me luck!
I must be very behind on conditioning. :[ Not good.
I have another doctors appointment. This time with my actual doctor. And hopefully he’ll allow me to do it, but cautiously? I hope so. :[
You have no idea how upset I am.
I went to the clinic to get a physical today.
And they didn’t clear me. I’m so fucking upset.
They didn’t clear me because of my ankle.
I sprained it in January, and it’s still weak.
But I can move around on it. So they’re stupid.
They told me to walk around on my tippy toes.
And when I was limping a bit, he said he wouldn’t clear me.
I think this is all bullshit. You have no idea how mad I am.
I really wanted to play, more than anything right now.

I’m not going to tennis today.
I’m so sore, and I don’t have my physical yet.
So I’m getting that done tomorrow sometime.
But I won’t be going to tennis tomorrow, either.
I guess I’ll have to wait until Thursday. :[
I just hope they don’t think I quit.

Oh my gooood. I am so sore.
I never knew I could be so sore. Wow.
We started off practice running two miles. It was absolutely crazy. And I am so not in that kind of shape yet. It was horrible. Then we came inside and did 30 crunches, 10 pushups, 30 jumping jacks, 60 butt stretches (I’m not sure what they’re called. One set of 30 on the right, one set of 30 on the left), and 60 arm/shoulder blade stretches (Again, not sure what they’re called. 30 left, 30 right). Then, we ended practice with running another two miles. Insane.
Oh, and did I mention it was cold and raining?
Well. It was, and it wasn’t fun.
And we didn’t even get to play tennis! :[
