I entered the networks and telecommunications major in 2005 at the ITESO in Guadalajara, Mexico. If everything goes as planned, I’ll be getting my licenciatura (kinda like an American B.S. degree) in 4 semesters. It’s one of the toughest majors in the entire college, only after electronics, chemistry and mechanics, but I’ve been reading quite a bit and it’s definitely worth it: there’s a serious shortage of computer specialists in Latin America, and there I have a huge opportunity for success! :D
