have been inspired by previous entry of doing little changes before the big ones can be made—it makes sense.
5 Small Changes to Incorporate that will make my life a helluva lot better…
1) Get organized, especially my room & car
-need to do ALL of laundry, go thru clothes & get rid of stuff
-vacuum & buy a big rug to cover that gross carpet i hate
-put curtains on rod instead of holding them up with tacks lol
-organize bookshelf
-clean out trash in car, take clothes out that need to be washed
2) Get to work ON TIME
-i am ALWAYS 10-15 minutes late now, just cuz i know i won’t lose my job over it…but it doesn’t excuse the fact, and it is a terrible terrible habit that i truly want to get rid of. it’s not fair that my coworker gets there everyday on time and has to do my job of opening up…it’s just soooo hard for me to get up in the mornings, i DREAD going to work even though i don’t hate my job…once i’m there i’m fine, it’s just GETTING THERE that sucks! need to get over it, and give myself a new time deadline to leave the house…
3) Grooming
-do showers at night to save time in the morning
-sundays will be time to do nails/toe nails, face masks/hair masks, practice french braiding, etc.
-take time to at least do minimal makeup everyday, it really makes a huge difference in looking put together vs. just got outta bed look…thus helping how i feel throughout the day as well
4) Exercise
- continue to try to do some kind of exercise for an hour at least 5 days a week
- make weekly schedule of different kinds of exercising i’ll do so i won’t get bored
- get over my gym phobia and get back to those yoga classes
5) Write my listas again
-so i can get it all on paper and start crossing things off!
