wow, haven’t written in a long long time….i guess i got sick of recording everything for awhile, but i want to do it again just so i can moniter myself more regularly and get inspired again by others working toward this goal :)
so i’m still at the same weight as 2 months ago, so no loss, but no big gain either, so that’s good! i can’t lie, just maintaining has been kinda nice for awhile, but i’m now ready to step it up a lil bit and get started on my healthier lifestyle now rather than wait til january..

haha have been soo off the wagon the past week due that damn period mindset i get for a week every month where i don’t care and just want chocolate!! lol ready to start facing myself again, i want to try to eat healthier cuz i feel so tired all the time..
am switching from bagels to toast for breakfast cuz OMG it is ridiculous to eat an entire bagel with peanut butter every single morning (even if it’s sooooo good mmm, it is NOT so good for the tummy, i have to remind myself!), but seriously it’s no wonder i’ve been feeling so tired all the time! too many carbs, not enough exercise :/
