its not that the some of my colleagues are stupid, they just act stupid sometimes because there are occasional blocks in the way. I realize that pointing it out is not A Good Idea. I need to work out a way to guide discovery and wait patiently for the penny to drop. but arg. Patience isn’t my forte.
its quicker to say “I think that’s wrong, here’s why…”. I realize that if others aren’t open to honest communication, there is no point in attempting it. When dealing with egos, there is a need to be a little more cunning. I am not cunning.
