slept in till 1:00 and then had a salad -330 calories. a store bought one which was really good. i’m expecting to have a snack at 4:00 and if i go out to dinner with my family i won’t eat their, i’ll act like i am, but i won’t and when i come i’ll have a t.v dinner or something.

i wanted to ask a question—what if i didn’t eat during the day, but when i got home (around 5:00) i ate all my food then but stayed in between 1200 to 1600 calories and 20 grams of fat. I know its not healthy, but will i gain weight if i do that?

okay so i’m going to start keeping track of my calories, i’m going to eat about 1200 to 1600 calories a day and about 20 grams of fat. hopefully i can do it…
