stay in better contact with all of my friends

one of my high school friends recently got back in touch with me. we were stand partners in orchestra, and lo and behold, she’s an indie rock cellist and has played with some cool musicians (i have some cds that she’s played on). wow.

i just came back from sf and visited a friend who i’ve known since elementary school . . . it’s weird how some things change and how you can still sense the truth in your friends.

whatever. christmas cards. anyway, it gets the ink flowing and my in pseudo-touch with my friends. who doesn’t enjoy a nice handwritten card (though it might only be your signature) in the mail during the month of december?

wrote a letter to one friend (what’s better than getting a hand-written letter?!), called another.

so this means i feel like i should make it to everyone’s weddings, then? i get to go to houston in august, then! sweet!
