I've been feeling off lately and that tells me I need to let go and move forward. 11 months ago

By feeling discomfort it means it’s past time to release my former beliefs and attachments that no longer serve me and are holding me back. By not continuously releasing that which holds me back I stagnate and it feels bad. I must release my attachment to my ex-boyfriend, despite his claims of true love. I must release my attachment to my professional image, despite all evidence to the contrary.
