my pilates as often as I had promised myself. That doesn’t hurt anyone but me.
I want to take better care of myself.

to do my Pilates exercises. This will take some practice and going to bed earlier. ;)
But I am invigorated that I actually have started!
My plan is Pilates in the morning and yoga in the evenings.
from Costcos today for beginning-intermmediate yoga and Pilates work-outs. Someone said it is good to practice them together.
The directions said to watch them first and then try them. I put in the 1st Pilate DVD and made it through about 20 minutes before I went to sleep.
Don’t think that was their intent. ;)
in putting worry above my health and well being. This is unacceptable.
So starting this morning I am adding Pilates to my daily routine.
They say if you do something for 21 days it becomes a habit! Today is # 1.
I have been postponing (procrastinating ?) beginning this practice. This week I will get up a little earlier to exercise.
For some reason I thought Pilates was some mystical source of fitness. After researching it on the web I discovered it is a repackaging of what we did in gym class so many years ago!
That is comforting because I know I can do this well. :)
I found this link for you to try the exercises before you sign up for a class:

Don’t you just love the Internet?
My sister hurt her back years ago. Her doctor told her Pilates would help her pain….a miracle happened! Her pain went away.
She swears it is the best thing since hot chocolate…to me that is a big order to fill but I’m willing to give it a try.
