yesterday. When I am busy I drink lots of coffee but food slips my mind.
Brunch:
2 Banana Pancakes with maple syrup
1 egg over easy
2 slices of canadian bacon

multi vitamin

Later snack:
Turkey on 12 grain bread with a dab of mayo
carrots and celery sticks
small piece of decadent chocolate cake
Arizona Stress Tea
seems the weight smart multi vitamin is starting to curb my appetite without sacrificing the vitamins I need ;)

Maple/Brown sugar Oatmeal again (good for the heart)
1 medium Banana (good mood food)

1 small coke (mostly ice)
restraint was the better part of this meal since it was a buffet
