It’s lunchtime – better see what I can rustle up :)

Lunch:

Baked fish fillet with lemon/garlic
Baked Potato w/ a dab of butter & sour cream
steamed broccolli/cauliflower combo
Ice water with lemon



Had a very late brunch 3 years ago

yesterday. When I am busy I drink lots of coffee but food slips my mind.

Brunch:

2 Banana Pancakes with maple syrup
1 egg over easy
2 slices of canadian bacon
black coffee
multi vitamin
water
Later snack:

Turkey on 12 grain bread with a dab of mayo
carrots and celery sticks
small piece of decadent chocolate cake
Arizona Stress Tea

seems the weight smart multi vitamin is starting to curb my appetite without sacrificing the vitamins I need ;)

Breakfast:

Maple/Brown sugar Oatmeal again (good for the heart)
1 medium Banana (good mood food)
multi vitamin
water
black coffee

Lunch:
2 slices Hawaiian Pizza at CiCi’s
1 small coke (mostly ice)
restraint was the better part of this meal since it was a buffet



Should be losing weight and yet 3 years ago

Breakfast:

1 package instant cinnamon oatmeal (no milk)
1 small juicy orange
multivitamin
water with lemon
Black coffee with a cinnamon stick

Lunch:
egg salad on 12 grain bread
1/2 c ranch style beans
water



Blueberries are brain food 3 years ago

Breakfast:

Oatmeal with Blueberries
1 medium Banana (happy food)
multi vitamin
Black Coffee
Water with lemon

Lunch:

Baked Almondine Fish with lemon slice
1/2 twice baked potato
1/2 cup steamed broccolli(no butter or sauce)
1 whole wheat dinner roll with butter
1 glass ice water with lemon

Dinner:
PB&J sandwich
20 oz Cranberry juice

Drank 10 glasses of water :)

1 package instant Peaches and cream Oatmeal
1 small orange (really juicy and fresh)
black coffee
multi-vitamin
water with lemon

Lunch:
1/2 cup mushroom soup
1 cup garlic shrimp stir fry with veggies and pasta
Ice water

Dinner:
BP&J sandwich (raspberry jam)
1 slice chocolate cake
1 glass of red wine
ice water



Slept late! 3 years ago

Breakfast:

1/2 cup oatmeal with cinnamon and brown sugar no milk
1 Banana
Black coffee
multi-vitamin
water with lemon

Lunch was naughty ;)

old fashioned cheeseburger with everything
a handful of fries with katsup
1 big ice cold coke

sometimes it feels good to splurge

Happy times at Blue Mesa Grill

4 yummy chicken nachos with cheese and guacamole
1 margarita on the rocks – no salt

Late night snack
1 small juicy orange
3 pieces of dark chocolate hersheys bar



My significant other cooked breakfast 3 years ago

It always tastes better when someone else cooks :)

1 sausage patty
1 banana
black coffee
multi vitamin
water with lemon

No Lunch – very busy making calls :)

Dinner:
2 slices 4 cheese pizza
6 huge globe red grapes – really juicy
Ice tea

Back on track!

Breakfast (Brunch):

1 egg over easy
2 slices canadian bacon
2 spiced apple rings
1/2 cinnamon roll
Black coffee
water
multi vitamin

Late Lunch or Early Dinner:

Baked Fish(Cod with Garlic and Herbs)
1/2 cup green beans with onion
1/2 cup whole corn
1/2 cup Sante Fe mashed potatoes
Ice Tea no sugar
1 chocolate chip cookie for dessert



reverted back to no breakfast 3 years ago

4 cups black coffee
forgot to eat or drink water :(

Lunch:

chinese garlic shrimp with veggies & rice
ice water

Better start keeping track of my water intake too

Dinner:

Cheese enchilada
Beans
Rice
Chips and Hot sauce
Water with lemon

I always forget to drink water.
