This all the stuff I’ve found related to UC. I also have a google alert on the keywords: ulcerative colitis, prednisone, asacol, purinethol, and crohns. So when new related pages come up, I’m on top of it.

Since reading on all this I have cut out all red meats and alcohol, and I take in more fish oil.
